1. Scope

All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs are charged separately where applicable and are displayed during checkout.
Dry Alternative reserves the right to change prices and product information at any time. The prices displayed at the time an order is placed apply.
3. Orders and Conclusion of Contract
By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the selected products. A contract is concluded when Dry Alternative accepts the order by sending an order confirmation by email.
Orders are subject to product availability and successful payment. If an ordered product is unavailable, Dry Alternative may cancel the affected order or part of the order. Any payment already received for unavailable products will be refunded.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old.

Customers should check their order upon receipt. Incorrect, damaged or defective products should be reported to info@dryalternative.com as soon as possible, preferably within three days of delivery.
Customers may voluntarily return eligible products within 7 days of receipt. Returned products must be unopened, unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product was delivered incorrectly or was defective.
Refunds for eligible returns will be processed after the returned products have been received and inspected.
These provisions do not limit any mandatory statutory rights of the customer.
7. Product Information
